I found the hotel to be hidden away in a private forest setting, which provided a serene environment, but the darkness due to a water pipe issue in the toilet was a drawback. The rooms were spacious with great balconies, offering nice views and featuring excellent bathtub facilities. The service, especially from staff like our waiters Bee and Ni and the resort manager, was friendly and always helpful. The location was absolutely breathtaking, although there were some run-down areas nearby that were a bit off-putting. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with freshly prepared food, but I felt that the quality could have been slightly better. The facilities were adequate, but I didn't notice any standout features.
